The Chip Hook is an attractive combination of natural tones and industrial imagery. Its design is raw and mechanical in appearance, like a cog, gear, or technical component, adding a cool factory vibe to your home.
Chip is made from a mix of plastic and granulated wood; an unconventional choice of material, which creates an interesting balance between the synthetic and the natural. The scattered wood fibres give the piece an organic, shimmering texture that softens its industrial look. The colour range is subdued and earthy: warm grey, golden bark and matt black.
The Chip Hook is available in various sizes, which can be combined together in decorative arrangements. Use the hooks to hang coats, bags and hats in your hallway, or for your dressing gown in the bedroom.

Designer
Simon Legald graduated from The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in 2012. His work consists of both small and large-scale products. Simon's designs are often created in a dialogue between craftsmanship and industry. He also likes to incorporate the techniques that are necessary for the structure of a product into the design by highlighting them visually.
