Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. However, during holiday periods, launches, promotions or sale periods, this can be increased.

Kikiva Design will not be held liable for any customs/duties/taxes related fees that might be incurred from international orders to Australia. These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Pre-Orders

When purchasing products via pre-order, orders are dispatched once products have been received from our suppliers. When purchasing pre-order products at the same time as other goods available for immediate shipment, there will be separate shipments and therefore multiple shipping fees added together at checkout.

Damaged Parcels

If your item arrives to you damaged or faulty please contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the damaged products and packaging.
